FAQ / Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped within the week of the order being placed.
► I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items done by the shipping service.
► If you need an address change, please contact me ASAP.
► If a package leaves my hands with the wrong address from you, it is not my fault. I can assist in helping you try to get it back, but I cannot offer refunds.
► If you feel as though you have received a defective product, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package. After 48 hours, I can offer no assistance.
► If your sizing does not fit, you can contact me to see if you can swap sizes. I cannot guarantee I can swap out your size. However, you will have cover shipping fees.
►What are preorders?
Preorders mean the product is not in production yet. Usually, a certain threshold has to be reached before things go into production, or sometimes the product is simply not available yet. You are securing a product buy purchasing during the preorder period.
►How long do preorders last?
Preorders vary for each product, but most of the time, they last for 1 month unless stated otherwise.
►Why don't you ship to my country?
Currently, we are not shipping to various locations due to USPS holding off on some other countries due to the pandemic. Some places noteable are Australia and New Zealand. We hope to open up shipping to them again soon when postage gets sorted out.
Due to the new laws with VAT, I do not take orders on shopify from the UK. However, if you are interesting in purchasing something, please contact me ASAP at email@example.com and we can work something out :)
If you are not from the UK or other places which USPS has held off on, it is an error on my part. Please let me know!
